The Pixelhue PD3-2K is a dual-streaming AV-over-IP transceiver for distributed video and KVM systems. Its InstSight primary stream (visually lossless) runs alongside an H.264 / H.265 secondary stream for pristine image quality at minimal bandwidth, with latency as low as 2 ms. A single unit works as an encoder or a decoder, and as a decoder composites up to 8 HD layers on one screen for multiview and PIP.
